Craft Orders:

* Please check the delivery/making time provided in the product details section before or while placing your order. Each of our products is meticulously crafted by master artisans across the valley, and therefore, the making and shipping times may vary for each item.

* No returns are accepted for products or orders that are customized.

* No returns are acceptable for products available under the sale category on the website.

* A restocking fee is applicable for returns of craft products that are undamaged or in perfect condition. The fee is charged as follows:

Craft Return Policy:

* If you receive a damaged product or encounter any quality issues, please contact us, and we will arrange for the product to be picked up in reverse. This service is subject to availability for your address or pin code.

* The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering.

* The product should be returned in a well-packaged box so as to avoid any damage in transit and with a complete labeled address.

* Reverse pickup is not available for international orders. In such cases, the reverse pickup is to be arranged by the customer itself at their own cost.

In these scenarios, your returns are not accepted.

* The product is damaged or has been tampered with in any way.

* The product has been used, worn, washed, or changed in any other way.

* Crafts are prone to a slight variation in the design, color, and pattern work; therefore, we may not be able to refund your order if the same are your criteria for making a return.
