The program aimed to empower artisans and individuals from the handicraft sector with entrepreneurial skills to help them transition from traditional craftsmanship to sustainable business practices. The six-day program included a series of interactive sessions and practical workshops, focusing on the following key areas: Business Fundamentals: Training participants on business planning, financial management, and understanding market dynamics. Marketing Strategies: Teaching innovative marketing techniques, branding, and leveraging digital platforms to reach wider audiences. Government Schemes and Support: Providing detailed insights into various government schemes and financial assistance programs available for artisans and entrepreneurs. Skill Development: Enhancing participants' technical and design skills to produce market-ready products.
